Ingredients
  • Ingredients (for 1 kg):
  • - 300g dandelion petals
  • - 100g wild violets petals
  • - 2 untreated oranges
  • - 1 kg of caster sugar
  • - 1 liter of cold water
Directions
  • Step 1 Wash and dry the dandelions and wild violets flowers and remove the green part.
  • Step 2 Cut the oranges into slices.
  • Step 3 Heat water in a saucepan
  • Step 4 Then add the oranges and sugar
  • Step 5 On low heat, cook for 30 minutes
  • Step 6 After this time, remove the orange slices and incorporate the petals of dandelions and wild violets
  • Step 7 On low heat, simmer for other 20 minutes.
